Macfarlane Packaging in Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.

This hands-on leadership role requires previous supervisory experience, a valid forklift licence, and strong health and safety knowledge; the role offers 45 hours per week, with a salary of £35,000-£37,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Lead and develop warehouse colleagues to meet targets and service expectations.
• Oversee goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch activities.
• Allocate workload and prioritise tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with procedures.
