Job summary

GXO are looking for two Warehouse First Line Manager's to join The Entertainer site in Banbury. You will lead your team to achieve business goals through continuous improvement and a team-based culture, in a full-time permanent role with a 5-from-7 shift and hours 14:30–23:00.

You will receive a salary up to £31,000 per annum plus 25 days annual leave, pension, private medical/dental, life assurance, and a wide benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Natural leader capable of coaching others to drive change.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing conflicting priorities with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation.
• Strong IT skills including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve targets.
• Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily.
• Proactively support site and customer continuous improvement initiatives, advocating on-site for cultural change.
• Ensure all operational processes comply with policies, identifying risks and escalating findings.
