About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding distribution center in Randburg, Gauteng , is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead their night shift operations. This role is critical for ensuring that all warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently during overnight hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position within the Logistics & Warehousing sector, requiring a proactive approach and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a key role in optimizing the night shift’s performance and contributing to the overall success of the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of warehouse staff during the night shift in Randburg .
• Ensure efficient execution of tasks such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to operatives to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety checks.
