Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations, personnel, and inventory for construction and operational support. You will oversee receiving, storage, and cycle counts, ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 8+ years in LNG materials management with strong leadership, plus proficiency in SAP and Coupa. Daily office presence is expected, with occasional overtime and travel as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of LNG or industrial materials management experience
• 8+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Experience establishing warehouse design and operational processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to present key details clearly
• Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and industrial plant environments
• Safe driving record and willingness to travel ~10% domestically
• Work hours: 7AM-4PM, Mon-Fri; overtime and weekend work may be required
• Must report to office daily and support 24/7 operations as needed

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe, clean, and well operating warehouse facilities and equipment
• Build and lead a warehouse team including Leads and Materials Coordinators
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, return, and transfer activities including OS&D resolution
• Ensure materials are properly documented, labeled, and preserved
• Own inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle count programs
• Ensure proper SAP ERP and Coupa transactions are executed
• Coordinate with other departments for material management planning and logistics
• Address variances in inventory reports and data quality issues
• Establish, monitor, and control warehouse KPIs
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
