Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor in our warehouse to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, delivering coaching and performance management to meet operational goals. You’ll work with the Section Manager and leadership team to ensure on-time, in-full customer fulfilment while maintaining top safety standards and effective labour planning.

In this role you will drive improvements, monitor key metrics, and support culture change initiatives to reduce turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong people leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to drive performance improvements and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and shift improvements.
• Drive performance on key metrics to meet on-time, in-full customer demand.
• Uphold high safety standards and coordinate with Safety team on routines and audits.
• Review weekly labour plan and adjust staffing to cover needs.
• Provide timely plans when targets aren’t met and outline corrective actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track and supported.
• Support culture change initiatives to reduce turnover.
