Job summary

Kinaxia are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for their Colchester site. You will support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient loading, storage and dispatch while maintaining quality and service levels.

Working Monday to Friday at a rate of £13.75 per hour, you will lead a small team, manage staffing, and ensure health and safety compliance across the warehouse. The role offers benefits including life assurance, pension, uniform, PPE and onsite parking.

• Ensure minimum man hours are used while meeting service levels.

• Manage staff professionally and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate with other departments with accurate information.
• Review procedures and improve practices.
• Maintain clean, compliant workspace and documentation.
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth operations.
