Job summary

Kinaxia are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their site in Daventry. The role supports the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse management including the facility, customer satisfaction, cost control and safety.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, you will manage staffing, ensure procedures are followed, uphold health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across daily operations at the Daventry site.

• FLT licence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure minimum man hours used while meeting service levels.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets.
• Manage staffing levels for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure staff operate with health & safety compliance and training.
• Organise daily activities to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional staff leadership.
• Communicate accurately with other departments and provide timely information.
• Review procedures regularly to improve working practices.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and tidy workplace.
• Process and record documentation relating to movement and storage of goods.
• Assist other departments to keep the business running smoothly.
