Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager at the Colchester site. You will help oversee warehouse operations, ensure health and safety compliance, manage staff, and maintain customer service standards.

Qualifications

Warehouse health & safety procedures.
Stock management software proficiency.
FLT licence and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
Experience in managing and developing a warehouse team.

Responsibilities

Ensure a minimum amount of man hours are used to process warehouse tasks while maintaining service levels.
Control and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets.
Manage staffing levels to maintain day-to-day operations.
Ensure staff operate per warehouse procedures with necessary training and health & safety certificates.
Organise daily activities to maximise efficiency and investigate discrepancies.
Manage staff professionally, promoting continuous improvement.
Communicate with other departments providing accurate, timely information.
Review procedures and improve practices.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with customer requirements.
Process and record movement and storage documentation efficiently.
Assist other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
