Job summary

Kinaxia are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join their site in Sunderland. The role supports the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse management, including the facility, customer satisfaction, cost control, health and safety and compliance.

The role involves managing staffing levels, maintaining procedures, and ensuring efficient daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control systems and warehouse software.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid FLT licence and ability to operate forklift safely.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and manage daily warehouse tasks to meet service levels.
• Prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage staffing levels to cover day-to-day operations.
• Ensure staff operate under health & safety guidelines and training.
