Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Daventry seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse management, health and safety, and customer service. You will lead staffing, plan daily workload, ensure training and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate records and safe operations.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with onsite parking and benefits including Life Assurance, Pension, uniform and PPE, EAP and loyalty

Qualifications

• Experience implementing health and safety procedures in a warehouse.
• Proficient in stock management software.
• Holder of a valid FLT licence.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to understand and apply company values.

Responsibilities

• Minimise man hours while meeting service levels.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Manage staffing levels to maintain operations.
