Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, driving performance, safety and efficiency across your area. You will work with the Warehouse Leadership team to fulfil customer web and store demand on time and in full, while nurturing a high-performance, high-support culture.

You will manage performance, coach staff, review labour plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement culture change and turnover reduction.

Qualifications

Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Strong people management and change leadership capabilities.
Proficient with warehouse systems and data reporting.
Customer-focused approach to operational management.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors.
Collaborate with Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve key areas.
Drive performance to ensure efficient operation meeting customer demand on time and in full.
Maintain high safety standards by working with the Safety team on routines, inspections and audits.
Review weekly labour plan to ensure adequate coverage and communicate issues to leadership.
Provide detailed plans when targets aren’t met and outline remediation steps.
Partner with stakeholders to align on strategic activity and delivery.
Support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
