Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, coaching performance, and supporting the achievement of on-time, in-full customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You'll work with the Section Manager and Warehouse Leadership to monitor delivery against plan, drive safety standards, manage labour, and implement culture change initiatives to reduce turnover; 5 days out of 7 shift pattern, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage and develop people and drive change.
• Strong systems and process mindset.
• Customer-focused operations management.
• Resilient, adaptable and approachable.
• Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
• Work with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve key areas for the shift.
• Drive performance to meet customer demand on time and in full.
• Maintain high safety standards with the Safety team and complete safety checks.
• Review weekly labour plan and address coverage issues.
• Provide clear action plans when targets are not met and bridge gaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track.
• Support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
