Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the UK to lead daily goods in and dispatch operations and to manage a dedicated team. You will ensure delivery of quality, productivity, budget targets and KPIs, while driving CI projects in a lean environment.

The role requires overseeing stock control, cycle counts and reporting, with a focus on safety and operational excellence across departments to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Knowledge of lean techniques and process improvement.
• Strong stock management and planning capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/SAGE systems and stock-control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, put-away, stock control, cycle counts and dispatch.
• Lead the Goods In team, set performance goals and monitor KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain lean warehouse operations.
• Coordinate corrective actions for deviations from processes.
• Maintain high stock accuracy using ERP/SAGE systems per policy.
• Enforce Health and Safety and coordinate equipment breakdowns.
