Job Description

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the colleagues within the inbound department and overseeing their work.

Training, coaching, and evaluating employees.

Developing, reviewing, and improving systems, policies, and procedures.

Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

Managing individual employee performance and behaviors on an ongoing basis.

Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed.

Conducting timely performance evaluations of colleagues.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Good coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
