Job summary

Evri’s National Returns Centre in Rugby seeks a hands-on Supervisor for the AM shift to lead a warehouse team and drive performance. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs and ensure timely processing of customer orders and returns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with the Shift Manager to optimise staffing, reporting, and throughput, with opportunities to grow within Evri Group in a fast-paced, real-time operations environment.

Our National Returns Centre, Rugby plays an important role within the Evri network, processing customer returns in a busy, fast-moving operation.

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our AM shift and help lead the operation.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the Shift Manager, you'll take responsibility for a team of Warehouse Operatives and the performance of your area. You'll:

What we're looking for

You don't need to have worked in parcel delivery before. We're looking for someone with previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation who has also led, coached or supervised others.

You'll be comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets, making decisions in a fast-paced environment and dealing with problems as they happen.

You'll also need strong communication and organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and operational systems, and a proactive approach to getting things done.

Experience in picking, packing, stock control or returns operations would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
