Job summary

Evri’s National Returns Centre in Rugby seeks a hands-on Supervisor for the AM shift to lead a warehouse team and drive performance. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs and ensure timely processing of customer orders and returns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with the Shift Manager to optimise staffing, reporting, and throughput, with opportunities to grow within Evri Group in a fast-paced, real-time operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation.
• Led, coached or supervised others.
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team throughout the shift.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality and KPIs.
• Ensure customer orders and returns are processed accurately and on time.
• Allocate resources effectively and respond to changing priorities.
• Support colleagues with training, development and performance.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Complete operational reporting and provide clear performance updates.
• Identify issues quickly and help keep the operation on track.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
