Ellis Brigham Ltd in Manchester is seeking an organised Warehouse Supervisor to own the day-to-day performance of our Salford warehouse, leading and developing a team to keep goods moving safely, accurately and efficiently.

You will develop leadership skills while supporting staff development and ensuring customer and business requirements are met. The role offers scope to improve processes and raise operational standards across the business.

Competenze

• Experience leading warehouse teams and optimizing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not required.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our Salford warehouse, leading and developing a team that keeps goods moving safely, accurately and efficiently. You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, raise operational standards and make a visible impact across the business.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills whilst being responsible for maintaining high operational standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring customer and business requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and activities
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with warehouse management systems and stock control processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse setting
• An accredited forklift training licence is desirable but not required
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance management
