Working Hours and Pay

• 5 days per week, with varied hours
• £32,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound processing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards
• Monitor performance metrics, focusing on UPH, stock throughput, quality, and safety

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not essential)
• Proven supervisory experience in operations, ideally in processing or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and data analysis skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with operational management software
