Job summary

ATC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in the UK. You will coordinate tasks, monitor activity in Fusion, and ensure accurate inventory and processes aligned with customer requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience using Fusion to monitor activity and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the team to ensure daily operational tasks are completed to standard.
• Coordinate general warehouse activities (cycle counts, on hand, receiving).
• Utilize Fusion to monitor activity, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure transactions are correct.
• Ensure processes follow standardized procedures and customer requirements.
• Support team development through training and performance management.
• Investigate operational issues, resolve discrepancies and escalate where needed.
• Promote a positive working environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate general warehouse activities (cycle counts, on hand, receiving etc.

• Ensure all processes are followed in line with our standardized procedures and customer requirements.
• Support team development through training and performance management.
• Investigate operational issues, resolve discrepancies and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Promote a positive working environment focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
