Job summary

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics in Slough is seeking a Service Delivery Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will assist the Key Account Manager by managing day-to-day operations for key client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Planning, Commercial and cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance to customers, and monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Experience in account management or client services desirable.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and align with customer business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations and maintaining strong client relationships
• Act as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers
• Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
• Proactively manage and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and track projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and agreed objectives
• Provide operational insights and expertise to help customers maximize the value of services
• Monitor, report, and present on key operational metrics (e.g. rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
