Working Sunday – Thursday from 1pm – 10pm. Your duties will be:
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities & performance of warehouse workers to ensure compliance with standard procedures, quality, and safety.
- Ensure quality performance through proper staffing, effective communication, and training.
- Own agency labour requirements and resource forecasting.
- Continuously review warehouse procedures and recommend or modify operational structures to create more efficient and productive operations.
- Monitor departmental expenses, submit weekly labour costs, and explain any variations from targets.
- Enforce all policies and procedures, including safety and housekeeping, effectively and appropriately.
Requirements
- PPT or Forklift license – essential
- Proven ability to lead and motivate people in a quality-oriented, detail-based environment.
- The ability to be consistently positive and gain respect of team and peers by leading by example.
- Customer-focused with enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Maintain a positive, motivated, can-do attitude in highly pressurized and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

- Effective team player.
- PC literate.
- Remain calm under pressure.
