Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a crucial contribution to selling our preloved items.
The Opportunity
Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations by creating a safe and productive working environment.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to high volumes of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you help fund life-saving research.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 days over 7 each week.
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis is required, as our stores operate 7 days a week.
