Job summary

i2i Recruitment is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor in the UK to lead a small team and ensure smooth goods in/out, stock rotation and order picking.

You will coordinate with couriers, maintain safe, clean working conditions, and support the admin team in Manchester, with a temporary contract ending on a set date.

The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to develop logistics and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
• Previous experience handling medical supplies or waste.
• Knowledge of cold-chain logistics.
• Health and safety awareness in warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2-3 part-time warehouse staff
• Manage all warehouse procedures including goods in/out and stock rotation
• Oversee stock management and conduct stock takes
• Pick and pack items for delivery
• Receive and dispose of used flu boxes and medical waste safely
• Coordinate with courier and transport partners for logistics
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Liaise with the administrative team based in Manchester
