Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor seeking a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking for a proactive and motivated Supervisor to lead one of their day shift teams at a busy depot.

You will oversee daily operations within a bustling warehouse, including organizing workloads, motivating your team, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time. This physically active role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role, preferably in a hands-on setting
2. Ability to lead by example and participate actively when needed
3. Valid Combilift or Counterbalance forklift license
4. Comfortable with manual handling and order picking tasks
5. Highly organized, communicative, and able to remain calm under pressure
6. Experience with timber products is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
