Job Description:

Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress into a management role? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail standard/home store team. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will contribute to selling preloved items. You will work alongside the management team to achieve key objectives, ensuring efficient stock movement to generate sales, and creating a safe, productive environment.

This role is fast-paced and physically demanding due to volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, but highly rewarding as you contribute to funding life-saving research.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused industry
• Stock management experience (desirable but not essential)
• Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable

Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota is required, as stores operate 7 days a week.
