Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Birmingham operation. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives in the Inbound or Outbound area, driving productivity and service quality on an afternoon shift (2pm–10pm).

The role requires coaching, safety compliance, and use of a warehouse management system to optimize performance. You’ll receive a salary up to £29,203 per year plus a monthly shift allowance (£243.75), 25 days of annual leave and extensive benefits, with

As one of our department leaders, you'll be responsible for supporting either the Inbound or Outbound operation, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of products through the warehouse. You'll play a key role in developing colleagues, driving operational performance, and helping to deliver an excellent service for one of our newest retail customers. This is a full-time, permanent role, working the afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm), any 5 days from 7. What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment and delivering against operational targets
• Experience coaching or supporting colleagues to achieve performance objectives
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, safe working practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification or the willingness to work towards one
