Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based at our Weybridge depot. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory and lead a small team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, stock checks, cross-department coordination, staff training, and enforcing safety standards. A forklift certification is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
