Job summary

Anglian in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead a small team to ensure smooth workflow. You will drive efficient processes and maintain high standards across the depot.

The role requires supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff for performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to optimise efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experiencedWarehouse Manager based within our Weybridge depot.You will be overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and leading a small team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.

• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimise errors.
