Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a Stores Operator on rotating shifts to join our on-site team. The role involves picking/packing Sales Orders, stocking parts for hoses, and issuing components for internal orders.

You will work within a safety-conscious environment and contribute to efficient production flow. Responsibilities include stock takes, forklift operation (VNA and counterbalance), and maintaining clean, safe stores.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Stores experience and familiarity with stock control.
• Computer literacy and basic spreadsheet use.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to training.
• Experience operating counterbalance forklift is required.
• Experience operating VNA forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing Sales Orders in the Stores Dept.
• Picking parts and tubes from stores to build into hoses by Assembly.
• Packing parts and tubes for export to distributors and self-assemblers.
• Issuing parts on Transform orders to other internal departments.
• Weekly stocktake of parts and tubes in Stores.
• Retrieving tubes from racking using VNA forklifts.
• Using counterbalance forklift in Cold Stores and yard.
• Housekeeping to keep department safe and presentable.
