Qualifications

• Oversee and monitor stock levels and ordering processes.
• Lead and mentor a store team, assigning daily tasks and evaluating performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries and proper documentation.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding stock and orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials and timely reordering.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in accordance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and safety checks.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and transport companies to arrange timely deliveries and collections.
• Identify areas for process improvements within the warehouse to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding stock availability, delivery times, and order status.
