Job summary

TechPoint Group is looking for a Stores Manager to oversee materials, stock, goods-in, kitting, despatch and warehousing operations. You will ensure traceability, regulatory compliance, and smooth material flow to support production schedules.

Lead a stores team, manage ERP/MRP processes, and drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy, stock control, and despatch accuracy. This role is based in the UK at our facility and offers a structured, quality-focused working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/warehouse/despatch management.
• Strong knowledge of traceability and manufacturing material flows.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores activities including goods-in, stock control, kitting, despatch and production support.
• Maintain batch/lot traceability and ensure IPC/JEDEC/MSD handling compliance where applicable.
• Lead and develop the stores team to ensure high performance and compliance with procedures.
• Produce inventory and KPI reports from the ERP/MRP system and drive continuous improvement.
