Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator who can keep our warehouse running like clockwork and ensure fitting partners are prepared for installations. You will play a key role in stock control, receiving and loading goods, and coordinating with store teams and fitters to deliver a seamless customer experience.

We value reliability, punctuality and great communication, with opportunities for training and development within a growing flooring retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to keep warehouse running smoothly and accurately record stock movements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to liaise with store staff and fitters.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the efficient running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure quality control procedures.
• Monitor goods in and goods out, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Follow stock control procedures to prevent loss and error.
• Record stock and assets securely and accurately.
• Plan with multiple fitting partners in advance for smooth installs.
• Safely move and handle stock, with training for forklift use.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and security in the warehouse.
