Job summary

Saab UK stores operative role based in Fareham focuses on inbound stock, order picking, packing and shipping to customers. You will manage stock locations, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the stores area. Familiarity with ERP systems and willingness to learn quickly are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/stock handling and order picking.
• Experience of working at height is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials and process them inwards.
• Pick Work Orders and Sales Orders according to picking lists.
• Pack and label goods for courier collections.
• Maintain stock accuracy and organise stock locations.
• Follow manual handling guidelines and use lifting equipment as needed.
• Maintain yard, COSHH cabinet and oil store; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Report stock discrepancies to the Materials Supervisor.
• Contribute to waste collection processes when required.
• Respond to hatch enquiries with appropriate urgency.
