Job summary

InPost Coventry is hiring a Warehouse Administrator on a 1-year maternity cover to join our Newstrade team. You will manage Goods In, maintain stock records in the Stirling WMS, book in titles, and coordinate stock movements while delivering responsive customer service.

You will handle data in spreadsheets, support procurement activities, and provide admin support to warehouse operations. The role requires strong MS Office skills, meticulous data entry, calmness under pressure, and good teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or similar role.
• Proficient in stock control and data entry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Book in titles within Goods In area, ensuring deliveries are checked and recorded.
• Coordinate stock movement after Goods In, transfer to correct warehouse areas.
• Email customers regarding incoming stock, updates and enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues, including quarantined titles, per procedures.
• Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems for reporting.
