Job summary

InPost Ltd. in Coventry is seeking a Warehouse Administrator (1 year maternity cover) to join the Newstrade team. You will manage day books, stock movements, and data accuracy, coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS Stirling), attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and producing professional documents.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day books of stock processed through the warehouse using Stirling WMS.
• Book in titles in Goods In; verify deliveries and records.
• Coordinate stock movement after Goods In and allocate to correct areas.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding stock and updates.
• Investigate stock issues and resolve non-conforming items per procedures.
• Input data into spreadsheets and internal systems for reporting.
• Provide general administrative support and take on ad-hoc duties.
