Job summary

Farfill in Coventry is seeking a proactive Warehouse Specialist-Fork Lift Driver to join our fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment team. You will handle inventory, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and maintain stock accuracy in a busy warehouse.

The role requires a valid forklift license with experience on Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance trucks, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and safely with teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience driving Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance trucks with a valid license.
• Experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; Mintsoft is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Job Overview
