Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Company: Farfill
Location: Coventry, UK
Employment: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
At Farfill, we’re where “ship happens”, literally.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment business working with some of the world’s most exciting consumer brands. From our fulfilment centres across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East and Australia, we help brands store, pick, pack and ship their products to customers and retailers around the world.
We’ve scaled quickly but kept the energy and pace of a startup. We’re hands‑on, collaborative and constantly looking for ways to make our operation better.
As we continue to grow our Coventry operation, we’re looking for great people to grow with us.
We’re recruiting Warehouse Specialists / Operatives to join our team in Coventry, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
This is a hands‑on warehouse role at the heart of our fulfilment operation. You’ll work across picking, packing, dispatch, goods‑in, inventory and other warehouse activities to make sure orders leave accurately, on time and to the standard our clients expect.
Our operation can move quickly, particularly around new product launches, promotions and peak periods, so we’re looking for people who are reliable, switched on and comfortable working as part of a team.
Accuracy matters just as much as speed. The products leaving our warehouse represent both Farfill and the brands we work with, so getting the details right is important.
Warehouse experience is useful, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, retail distribution or e-commerce experience would be beneficial, but we’re also open to people who can demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
Even Better If You Have
The key message I'd reinforce underneath is:
You don’t need to tick every box. We’re happy to train the right person — attitude, reliability and attention to detail are more important to us than years of warehouse experience.
Applicants must have the full, unrestricted right to work in the UK, as we’re currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
