Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and dispatch orders across carriers and services.
• Receive, check and store inbound stock.
• Support inventory counts and warehouse record accuracy.
• Complete kitting and assembly tasks for clients.
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to process orders and stock.
• Maintain high standards of packing quality and presentation.
• Keep workstations and areas clean, safe and organised.
• Collaborate with the fulfilment team to meet daily targets.
• Follow health & safety requirements and client-specific instructions.
• Flag discrepancies or issues impacting orders.
• Assist other warehouse areas as needed.
