Job description
Responsibilities
Receive, count, and accurately shelve incoming parts within the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and dispatch parts in line with operational demand.
Manage inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.
Work closely with the service department to support parts sales orders and invoicing.
Maintain high standards of 6S organisation, safety, and cleanliness on site.
Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively; ERP systems such as SAP are a plus.
Requirements
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Strong communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage where required for business operations.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, parts inventory management, and stock control.
Proficiency in WMS; experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
