Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for running the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
• Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
• First line support for customer and DSV to proactively handle issues.
• Support colleagues across departments to provide enhanced service while upholding DSV best practices.
• Complete and populate location KPI's and manage customer invoicing processes.
