Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for a site leader at our Avonmouth operation, in partnership with Waitrose. You will shape culture, build high-performing teams and inspire colleagues to perform at their best on a brand-new site.

Join us to lead warehouse and transport activities, develop people through coaching, and champion safety, wellbeing and inclusion in a dynamic night-shift environment. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive pay rate with a night shift premium.

• Have strong operational experience within logistics, warehousing or transport.
• Build relationships naturally and create energy within a team.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team

Job description

Pay Rate: £44,000 + night shift premium

Grade: RCS M

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Nights - Any 5 out of 7

Location: Waitrose - Mount Park - Avonmouth
