Qualifications

• 12 months' experience supervising or leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse operatives during the shift, ensuring picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities run efficiently.
• Allocate workloads to meet daily targets, ensuring productivity, accuracy and on-time order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and resolve delays, stock discrepancies or equipment problems in real time.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety procedures, policies and warehouse standards at all times.
• Communicate with warehouse management and other departments at shift handover, providing updates on performance and completed tasks.
