Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Planning Manager at our Gloucester site. You will lead the development and execution of warehouse resource plans, forecast demand, and coordinate across warehouse, transport and supply chain teams to ensure timely customer fulfillment.

The role requires strong planning capability, experience with WMS/ERP and Excel, and proven leadership of planning teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a permanent role with Rotational shifts 5 from 7.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage warehouse resource and operational plans to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently, on time, and within SLAs.
• Analyse forecasting data, order volumes, staffing requirements, and performance to optimise capacity and warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and supply chain teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and opportunities, and implement planning strategies to drive performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead and support the planning team, ensuring accurate reporting and compliant health and safety standards.
