As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, lead teams, allocate workloads, and ensure safety and efficiency across goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience managing teams in a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work across 5 days from 7.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading warehouse teams to achieve targets.
• Allocating workloads and monitoring performance.
• Ensuring safety and efficiency of warehouse activities.
• Managing goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitoring productivity and implementing improvements.
• Maintaining records and reports using WMS.
• Using Excel and other applications.
• Supporting management with performance, compliance and reporting.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Working flexibly across the 5-day-from-7 rota.
