Job summary

Saica Pack Livingston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and despatch operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently, and focus on stock accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing operational teams.

• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Lead Warehouse & Dispatch Operations for a Global Sustainable Packaging Business

Saica Pack, part of the Saica Group, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Livingston site.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy warehouse and despatch operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to a business that places sustainability and innovation at the heart of its success.

Working a rotating shift pattern (Dayshift, Backshift and Nightshift), you'll manage a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure that goods are handled, stored and despatched safely, accurately and efficiently.

The Role

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock-control processes.
• SAP Super User experience.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
