Saica Pack, part of the Saica Group, is seeking a experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a busy warehouse and despatch operation at a fast-paced manufacturing site in the UK. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring accurate stock control and safe, efficient goods movement across day, back and night shifts.

You will coordinate goods receipt, order assembly and customer despatch activities, liaise with customers, 3PLs and suppliers, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and stock-control processes.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Commitment to health, safety and operational excellence.

Lead Warehouse & Dispatch Operations for a Global Sustainable Packaging Business

Saica Pack, part of the Saica Group, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Livingston site.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy warehouse and despatch operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to a business that places sustainability and innovation at the heart of its success.

Working a rotating shift pattern (Dayshift, Backshift and Nightshift), you'll manage a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure that goods are handled, stored and despatched safely, accurately and efficiently.

The Role

Reporting into the Operations team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of warehouse and despatch activities, ensuring excellent service levels, stock accuracy and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock-control processes.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• A strong commitment to health, safety and operational excellence.
