GXO is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our Iceland customer. You will lead a multi-temperature warehouse operation, driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while keeping stakeholders informed with clear updates.

The role is full-time on a rotating 5 from 7 shift, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with a salary up to £48,000 per year and 33 days leave. A comprehensive benefits package applies, including pension, private insurance, and more.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer, Iceland. As Warehouse Shift Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our multi-temperature warehouse operation. You will help ensure safety, efficiency, compliance and performance across the site, while supporting continuous improvement and keeping key stakeholders informed through clear updates.

This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.
