Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Enfield is recruiting a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team, supporting Iceland. You will lead a multi-temperature warehouse operation, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance and performance across the site while driving continuous improvement and clear stakeholder updates.

You will manage shift teams, identify risks, use data to drive improvements, coach staff and maintain high standards of performance and engagement across the site.

• Strong data interpretation to drive KPI improvements.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer, Iceland. As Warehouse Shift Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our multi-temperature warehouse operation. You will help ensure safety, efficiency, compliance and performance across the site, while supporting continuous improvement and keeping key stakeholders informed through clear updates.,

  Experience within warehouse management

• Experience leading change and role-modelling the behaviours required to maintain high standards
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships

This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £48,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
