GXO is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager in Avonmouth to lead a busy team on a 3 on/3 off shift (06:00–18:00). You will coach, motivate and engage staff to drive productivity, quality and safe operations while supporting our customer, Amazon.

• Proven experience of managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment at a similar level.
• The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills.

Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting our customer, Amazon. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible fo r managing and leading your own team, helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 06:00 - 18:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £42,500 per annum, and 20 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
