InPost UK is seeking a Days Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our Warrington site and lead a dedicated team. You will report to the shift Operations Manager, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to support our rapid growth.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong people management, and a proactive approach to planning, process optimisation, and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
• Successfully drive and surpass operational KPIs.
• Calm, focused approach under pressure with prioritised daily tasks.
